Description
This headband is completely made by hand from start to finish.
This headband has light blue and white streamers with a blue flower.
The wire for the headband is covered with various colors and has 20 ribbon streamers that are attached at the back of the headband. The decoration is a blue flower.
These headbands can be custom made by choosing the color of the ribbon streamers and the decoration you want as shown in the pictures.
